William Earnest Kendall

William Ernest (Bill) Kendall swam for Australia at the Berlin Olympics in 1936. He was a member of the class of 1940 and elected captain of the Harvard University freshmen's swimming team. He left Harvard at the end of his sophomore year and went to work for Coca Cola. He returned to Australia in 1939 to work in his father’s steel company.
